I do not recommend this place for embroidery. I wanted to support a small business so I brought in two sweatshirts for embroidery. It was actually an idea I received from one of their associates during a previous visit to their shop. When I came to pick up the two sweatshirts, it was embroidered incorrectly. It had both of the names on each sweatshirt. When they showed me the \order form\ that one associate had written my monogram order on, it was highly confusing and written in an un-orderly fashion on a ripped sheet of paper. Although the embroiderer was kind enough to re-do the order, each sweatshirt is now left with marks from the previous mess-up and the outline from un-doing an embroidery. Not to mention, I had to follow up numerous times regarding the status of the order. When I asked for a refund, I was told that \embroidery is not guaranteed on outside items.\ Notwithstanding the fact that this disclaimer is not specified on any of my order documents, the mistake was solely the responsibility of the shop, and not a defect on the outside item. TLDR: Highly disorganized, little care, will mess up your embroidery.

Extremely upset with the customer service here. I had a 48 coat embroidered there for 20 and the lady who took my order wrote down the order but her notes seemed not detailed so I asked her to repeat them and make sure she has all the particulars, she then said she’ll take a picture (from my sample item) to make sure it’s exactly like that. When I went to pick up the item, it was embroidered on the WRONG SIDE and much lower too. I asked if they could redo it and another girl at pickup said she’s not sure, will ask owner. I asked her to call the owner, she tried THREE times and the owner didn’t pick up. I asked for a refund or even a discount and the girl said she will let me know after talking to the owner (she didn’t know when owner will be there so I could talk to her). Later that day the girl at pickup called me back saying there is NO GUARANTEE ever that item is embroidered as ordered?? And they can’t refund or discount their mistake but I can bring in another coat to embroidery? I was very confused because they ruined a 48 coat with additional 20 embroidery and now want me to bring a second coat with no guarantee that it will be done correctly this time?? I was very upset and emailed the owner and its been 3 days and I haven’t heard back from them. VERY DISAPPOINTED!

I am not pleased with this boutique at all. I ordered an embroidered hat back in March. I called and went to the store 4 different times to get the hat. The first time, sometime in May, my hat was not ready. They second time, they told me my hat was ready, when I got there it was stained, so I asked for them to redo it. The third time, I went back again and the hat was stained again (2nd time). She apologized and told me they would have a new one ready for me the next day. Four days went by and I never heard from them, so I called and they told me the owner would be in in 30 minutes and she would do it and call when it was done. Three more hours went by and I never received a call, so I went to the store and they told me that the owner was actually coming in at 4 and that the hat wasn’t ready. I will never be going back to the store and I suggest people check their items for stains before purchasing.

This store has a great selection of items and their services never disappoint. The charges are fair too. Highly recommend!!
