Good staff - tried to help us with a part issue on an older off brand trailer. Also appreciated being able to check out the nice inventory of new trailers to check out.

Owner was very nice. Not a lot of variety.
Very very disappointing service. Sales and service. We took our LQ trailer there twice for service and it sat for 7 weeks the first time and 6 weeks the second time for basic repairs. We were not notified and had to reach out both times to inquire about its status. The second time they admitted they promised it in 2 weeks but had never even looked at it or started repairs. On sales side, purchased a trailer and paid cash. The title was to be mailed in a few days. Never got title and called a few times, each time it was “oh sorry I’ll get it sent.” After 5 weeks ended up having to drive there to get title and upon arrival they hadn’t started the paperwork. This started under Sundowner of TN and continued after switching hands to Shadow Trailer World.
Joe and Ken are top notch... They gave us a fair price and great customer service. They waited on us after hours to pick up our new trailer...easy location right off I 40 Exit 360. Thanks
