Swim Club Management Group is literally epic. They are very responsive to my pools needs and the supervisors are very cooperative.️ I have had much better experiences with this company versus others. If you got a pool get SCMG. They rock your world! One time I needed water in my pool and they put water in it. I have very happy patrons at the pool. The guards are also so attentive and good! The manager is doing a fantastic job. I highly recommend this company

When I decided to become a Lifeguard back in 2015, I had no doubt in my mind I would hate this job, and Swim Club Management Group has gone Above and Beyond in making this the Best Summer Job in the World!! All of the Full-time staff members work very hard to keep this company the Best Lifeguard Company in the world, and they're doing one hell of a job in doing so. I've made such close relationships with the Full-Time Staff members myself, it makes me happy that I chose to be with SCMG!
You will not find a better pool management company that Swim Club Management Group. No other pool management company will be able to compete with their service and work ethic. You will not meet a nicer management staff who pride themselves in their ability to fulfill the needs of your pool in a quality and timely matter.

scmg is a great place to work! in my experience working for them, the upper management staff has been incredibly professional and dedicated to every pool they manage and each lifeguard they employ. the hiring process is efficient and approachable, as hr walks us through every step and respects our individuality. the lifeguards are trained very well and are routinely tested through in-services and drop testing. if you’re looking for a great summer job or experienced company to manage your pool, scmg is the only viable option!
SCMG is a wonderful company with the kindest staff ever. Upper Management is amazing and always gets the job done! It’s so nice to know that I can always rely on everyone for anything that I need. Working for SCMG has been an amazing experience and I’m so sad for the season to end :/ P.S Cameron Pearson is the best supervisor ever!
Swim Club Management Group has been extremely kind and supportive towards me as a manager of one of their pools. They have told me many times they are willing to support me and my goals in anyway possible and have been nothing but helpful!
Swim Club manages the guards at our community pool. They need to keep up whatever they’re doing because this is one of the most well kept, well run pools in the area without a doubt!!
