This is the worst place ever to get any treatment! The treatments do not work and they highly lack professionalism and experience. The service is horrible! They burn people with their lasers many people have experienced this there! I would never go there again and do not recommend them to anyone unless you want to be in pain, get burned, and waste your money! I would give 0 stars if I could!

I have followed Mechelle from her days all the way up at Doc Heller's office in Reading, to Lords and Ladies and to her 1st spa in Oaks and now to Phoenixville. She has managed to keep me young looking and feeling young as well. Upon first walking into the new spa I noticed the premises was open, spacious, extremely clean and innovative with that WOW factor..... I also got a group of friends to attend for a consultation party it was obvious that there were many knowledgeable skin care girls there and I was extremely happy with the professionalism. Again I have to mention .....Walking in to this beautiful premises the warm welcome, friendliness and efficiency of staff members was up most delightful. From the moment we walked in to the moment we walked out it was FAULTLESS. Thank you to the old and new staff members and thank you to Dr Behr for our beautiful experience and our Rejuvenated looks...... We look forward to our return :)

I went into New Concepts Med Spa for microdermabrasion with Mechelle and was impressed with the results. The treatment room was relaxing, and my skin felt great during my whole vacation afterwords.
