This place is the worst run business I’ve ever encountered. They changed their business hours, yet refuse to post them on the door. I had to pick up a shirt Sat so I got there at 4p because they publicize that they close at 5p. Well, the door was locked at 4p. THEN, I went on Monday morning at 8am to get the shirt before I had to leave in vacation and once again, the door was locked. What?! The hours in the door say they are open Mon through Fri 7a-5p. WHY CANT YOK OUT A SIGN ON THE DOOR WITH NEW HOURS? I am giving my business to Andrew Howard down the block.

I used to go to the store located in Syosset but not anymore. Pamper is horrible at cleaning delicate clothing. First they completely ruined my fur scarf. After this past winter, I dropped my fur scarf off. Before I handed it to Janet (the employee that works there), I asked her if Pamper was specialized in fur treatments. She replied that they had been doing it for years and they were good at cleaning fur. The scarf came back ripped, wrinkled and rough. They tried to repair it and blamed it on the scarf, saying that it was too old. If you were not confident at performing the service, why took the job? Don't try to make money. Eventually they compensated me with a small amount of money which wasn't enough close to enough for a fur scarf at Saks (I bought the scarf at Saks). Recently I dropped off a blouse I purchased in Paris last summer. The brand doesn't ship overseas so I can't even order anything online. Before I gave it to Janet, I said to her, "This blouse is very delicate and please take care of it." and proceeded to show it to her (If the store has a camera, that will be my proof.). The blouse came back all scratched up. Susan, another employee in the store, blamed it on me and said that it was the wear. The blouse wasn't like that when I dropped it off and I only wore it fewer than five times because it's delicate and I didn't want it cleaned often. Then the owner blamed it on the manufacture defect. The last time it was cleaned, it was done at Pamper and it was fine. Pamper never apologized or owned up to their mistake. They even asked me to pay for the cleaning service. It is a lie that they said at their website like they treat their customers like families or they care about their customers and clothes. My advice is if you have delicate garments, take them to another store. I won't go back there anymore.

This place takes a long time to have my clothes ready, I strongly don't recommend going here. I send my work clothes over there and they take forever to send it back to my house. What kind of dry cleaners take almost two weeks to send my stuff back?!?! I've had to wear the same outfit three days in a row for work because these idiots don't have my clothes ready.
