I needed a new car (my old car had a lot of major mechanical issues and was over 10 years old) and found two Nissan Rogues at this dealership through the Car Gurus website. My mom and I took the hour drive (as we live in the Herkimer area) to look at the cars and I have got to say it was worth the long trip! I ended up leaving with a new 2019 Nissan Rogue. My mom and I had a great experience here! Dan and Joe were very helpful and nice through the process. They also were accommodating to my needs without being pushy, compared to other dealerships. Dan and Joe truly cared about making sure we were happy and comfortable with the car and financing. My mom and I left very excited, and I am happy I decided to buy a car here. I definitely recommend buying a car through Alan Byer - great service, lovely atmosphere, and awesome prices. A huge thank you to Dan, Joe, and Alan Byer Sales for my hot new ride!!

Exceptional Service!!! Braden was outstanding!! He was very honest and straight forward which I apperciated since I've had pretty bad experiences in the past. He took the time to walk me through the process and was always accessible to answer any questions I had. After going over all the different options he really did do everything he could to get me the best possible deal. Thank you so much Alan Byer and Braden for getting into a car I love. I found the car I wanted online and contacted Braden. He was a pleasure to work with and made my experience buying my first Volvo quick and painless. I was coming from out of town and showed up a day early. The paperwork was ready to be signed and I was in and out within an hour. Amazing customer service! I set up an appointment online and heard back within minutes to confirm and let me know that the vehicle was there. Once we showed up the women working the floor and front desk were very professional. They noted our name, appointment time and then offered us coffee and a place to sit while we waited for our salesman Daniel to come over. He called for the vehicle and got the plates on for us to take for a test drive and look it over. After liking the SUV the buying process was quick and painless and we drove out a couple hours later with the vehicle. Everyone we met with, from my phone call with Braden, to Daniel the salesman and Darin in financing, were amazing to deal with. I would highly recommend Alan Byer Volvo for any new or used car.

Working with Brenin, I picked up a car today. I was coming from out of town so wanted to be in and out as quickly as possible. No kidding: from the moment I pulled up I was completely finished 30 minutes later. While I was signing the finance papers the plates were getting swapped off my old car. Also loved that I wasn't being pushed to buy various protection plans and all that jazz so many places still push. Thanks again!
