My 1 year old daughter just became a patient with this practice. I took her in for a sick appointment today, and waited over one hour and twenty min see a nurse practitioner. My child was coughing and sneezing the entire time and I was shocked at the wait time. When the NP finally did come in, she was in a rush and said that they can't test for anything other than strep, even though my daughter had multiple symptoms of other things like the coronavirus and the flu. To add injury to insult, the appointment hurriedly ended after the strep test and the NP handed me a post it note with a phone number written on it. She told me to call that number and make an appointment for COVID testing. I finally left the office after being there 2 hours and called the number. I was on this line for 45 minutes waiting before I got ahold of somebody to actually schedule the test. I feel that was completely unprofessional and they should have their office staff calling that number to schedule their patients. Also NY State guidelines are in place so that sick kids shouldn't be waiting hours in a room!!!!!

I have been bringing my children here their whole lives. I have adopted and birth children and I have a severely disabled child. Dr. Duca was the best pediatrician a mom could ask for and it was heartbreaking that she had to leave. I have had great experiences with Dr. Soeder, Dr. Gorski, and Dr. Rosser. We are now getting to know Dr. Cassalia. Stacey, the nurse practitioner, is so personable and down to earth. She is easy to talk to and supportive in every way. Linda at the front Desk is wonderful. She knows me by name and always goes out of her way to help me with any paperwork or scheduling issue I may have.

We have been going there for 15 years. I dont like how they are handling office situation during covid. Not enough employees answering the phones and not the usual friendly faces at the desk when u walk in.

I have been with Dr. Soeder for 16 years. I was a big supporter of this pediatric office even after my friends had started to switch. I am saddened to say that I am so disappointed in there service now, I too am switching. I have been a part of the medical community for 15 years myself and always believed a pediatric doctor was best for my child but now they can’t provide any help to us. If you want the help you need switch to a family care office that is capable of care for children of any age. This is not the group for it.

Been with this practice for 6 years. I don't know about the negative reviews below. I can confirm this practice is indeed firm on following a regular vaccination schedule; I regard this as a feature, not a bug. The other criticisms below I can't comment on. I find our Dr. to be very conversant and demonstrates a good familiarity with trends in health concerns that affect our kids. I've never felt dismissed over any questions or concerns. I find the other doctors to be good to very good. They seem careful about prescribing antibiotics and if they do, they don't go straight to the strongest ones. If you have a strong need, they have always found a way to see us that day. They have a very helpful after hours call-in service, and again not dismissive at all even for basic parental gut checks.
