The 2 PA's were pleasant but Dr. Cohen was extremely rude and rushed.

I have been with this office for a few years now. This office has really been great and I have found the staff to be very caring. My doctor retired from the practice recently but made sure that I was placed in the hands of someone who would deal with me the same way she did. I do see the negative reviews from some on here about rude staff but I believe those incidents to be far and few between.

My husband and i are both patients of Dr Cohen and have been for 11 yr He is a very caring and knowledgeable Physician as well as being pleasant and courteous at all times We are very grateful to be in his care

I have been in the practice for years and I have read some of the reviews about rude office staff and this has not been my experience at all. I have found Dr. Cohen to be top notch, caring and responsive. I would never let front office staff having a bad day affect my choice in physician.

I love Brynne K Nosko P.A. but I'm thinking about going to a different practice because of her nurse. She is rude, opinionated and unprofessional. I do believe she is the one checking Brynne's messages on the Patient Portal, the replies are extremely rude and uncaring. Brynne would never reply like that. I feel that if I want to communicate to my P.A. I would want it to be to HER ONLY-Private. I had pneumonia last year and made several calls to Brynne and messages and her nurse called me RUDE. Being really sick there is no time to accept rudeness. Having a good nurse makes the doctor only look better but not in this case! Brynne please get a new nurse.
