My wife and I needed to upgrade our iPhones and Spencer was terrific. There was some sort of issue which made the upgrade take a while, but Spencer kept us up to date on what was happening and reassured us that whatever the problem was he would fix it. And he did. Fantastic experience and I’m really glad this store is near our home.

Raymond took care of everything swiftly and made sure I was aware of everything he was doing with my plan. An actually painless experience today, so hats off to that.
