Mr. David Oliver and Associates has been very professional in handling my SSDI case. I came to Mr. Oliver after being denied twice and having a hearing. He read over my case and told me the Judge had not looked at some evidence and that we could file an appeal. We filed an appeal and waited for the evidence to be evaluated. When the notice came back, I was awarded another hearing. Mr. Oliver and his assistant Kathy worked hard to get my case ready and to update all my records. Kathy is wonderful to work with, she is very patient and kind and truly understands how stressful this whole process can be on you. Mr. Oliver prepared me for the hearing, which because of Covid was over the phone. Mr. Oliver did a great job representing me in front of the Judge. My decision came back favorable.
