Buyer beware of this company. They talk a good game when you meet them. Get your business. Have you sign a contract on their representatives (Linda) laptop and don’t give you a copy stating they will send one which wasn’t sent. I later had to call to get a copy of the contract. Then they lie and don’t fulfill what they promised. I wouldn’t trust this company “Home Instead” with any of my loved ones. Wish I would have read reviews in Yelp etc. before I signed up with them. I would have never gone with them. It appears other folks have experienced what we did.

I have multiple appointments at the hospital and I very much appreciate the flexibility of the schedule due to added appointments. The caregivers are great!
