AVOID THIS PLACE if you get referred here! Aside from the rude staff and ultrasound techs, I know of many women that went here and were told there baby is at risk for down syndrome. They will suggest doing tests that may cause a miscarriage or they will bring up terminating the pregnancy. Get a second opinion! They are not here to help. They bring up down syndrome so they are comfortable bringing up terminating.

Bad place my doctor has yelled at them then never called to let me know about appointnent refused me. Ause i have an autisic child and no family. the lady was rude telling me they have no records of anything and I was like then why did you mail me stuff? And she was studdering over her self I would rather die of a blood clot then go there. They are fired. Dont go there if you value your self as a person, they don't.

I had a great experience each time I was there. There was some confusion with my insurance and the coverage associated with the services I had received, but Asia was able to figure it out and help explain everything. She was very nice and understanding. The ultrasound techs were always so nice and professional as well. They give everyone fair warning no children are allowed in their clinic by confirming appointments over the phone and over Mychart as well.

Are the opportunity to go to MFM. It's unfortunate the amount of low reviews on here as I had an outstanding experience. I interacted with two different receptionists, an ultrasound technician, a nurse, and Dr. Sheng. Each one of them were very warm and answered any questions me or my husband had. Dr. Sheng is outstanding. I really appreciated her thoroughness an extensive knowledge on my circumstances. I would recommend anyone to go to this clinic.

I can’t stand the receptionists, the other reviews are true. Most have bad attitudes and if you leave a message they will not call back. They make you seem like you are lying about a referral and you are putting them out if they have to do anything. The actual ultrasound Techs have been nice though. I’m 38 weeks pregnant and been there probably 6 times.
