I don’t live in Tacoma anymore but I gladly travel the hour to see Sydni and the staff at PCNW. The care I receive at this office is something I can’t find elsewhere, and I tried when I first moved away. Getting blood work done was always nerve-wracking for me because it was painful and I usually bruised. The two phlebotomist I’ve seen at PCNW have been so gentle that I don’t have those issues anymore. I hope this place stays open and available for years to come. Tacoma is lucky to have it.

Sydni Wright is there first doctor to ever treat me as a normal patient, not treat my weight. I'm a big person I would normally get diagnosed by my weight. This is the 1st place I've gone where they actually treat my symptoms and treat me like a normal person they don't tell me to lose weight. Also christine' is the best nurse ever

I’ve had a horrible experience here, they always block my prescription from refilling and they’re impossible to contact or talk to the right person if you actually catch them during business hours. At this point I’ve been off of a perception for several days and can’t even get into contact with them to get the prescription they keep blocking filled. They’re on call service does nothing and the receptionist just connect you to a different and then nobody ever answers. I consider this an urgent matter and am disappointed they obviously do not

This practice has a high turnover. I have been a patient for about 20 years and my primary care physician has changed several times. Now, just when I started to get comfortable with a new one Sydney Wright Dr. Weatherby tells me I cant see her anymore because I have seen a few other doctors in the clinic for other things. I have done this since Sydney is hard you get an appointment with (she only works 4 days a week). Acvording to the front desk there was a note that said I was Not to see female doctors. I had always seen female doctors as they seem to listen better. I have no idea why this note was in there. I am Not some creepy dude who harasses women. I am happily married. Dr. Weatherby lied to me and told me it was because of Not seeing Sydney regularly through I saw her the most and her nurse Christy has known me for years. Christy did Not respond to my messages either. Oh, and speaking of Dr. Weatherby, he talks so fast that you can barely understand him and boy is he in a hurry to make a diagnoses and get you in and out if there as soon as he can. Very unprofessional in my opinion. This and the fact that during a conversation with Dr. Bateman about back pain last year where he said twice \this is above my pay grade\ two times during a conversation I have decided to change clinics. In fact I am going to be traveling from Tacoma to Kent to see Dr. Gia Hemmen who was one of the doctors they had at one point and let go. This lady is amazing and will even call you check up in you at home! One good thing about Primary Care NW is their lab employees..esp. Mark. They are very nice and make getting a needle in you are môre pleasant experience. This clinic uses to be awesome. Not sure what has happened as of late but I can see I am Not the only one jumping ship. I know they have some good people there and I hope they get it turned around however I am tired of the lies, unprofessionalism and won't be there to see it.
