Inspiring Moments With Rebecca Pratt

We love Rich's For the Home. Everything we have got from there is great and very high quality. We particularly love their patio furniture which lasts longer than any other furniture we have got from other stores. They also are huge advocates of our work to rescue children from trafficking in West Africa with our organization called Orphan Relief and Rescue. Thank you Rich's for being so amazing!

I looked for a pellet smoker for over 4 months, wasn't able to decide which route to go, I stopped by Rich's and they had a great selection and the worker was able to point out all the ups/downs of the various models. I purchased a Green Mountain Grill, Daniel Boone, and it is awesome. we've used it over 40 times in 4 months and haven't been disappointed!

The outdoor furniture is so amazing! When I first sat on one of the chairs I was so excited to try out the other chairs and love seats because they were so comfy. The grills are so nice as well as the fire pits. I would definitely recommend to take a look at the stuff.

I was calling to set up to have my spa serviced. I was on the phone for 14 minutes. 4 times I was aske how I could be helped and each time I was place back on hold and “Transferred to Service”. After 14 minutes, my call was transferred to voice mails with a recording of “You selected to leave a message…” So I called back and asked for a Manager. I was placed on hold and after 3 minutes I was hung up on. I was now on a mission, I called back and the Manager answered. I politely explained my experience and let her know she lost a Spa service and a 5K fireplace purchase. The reason is if this is the customer service, I can expect for the future, I elect to take my business elsewhere. I wished her luck. WOW, Good luck with this company.

I just got a gas fireplace insert from Rich's and they offered excellent service and advice at an unbeatable price. I would highly recommend them for their home products! We really enjoy our new fireplace.
