It was a quick and easy process to get my stuff taken care of. As long as you have all the appropriate paperwork and money ready to go you’ll be fine. Showed up at the door 20 til 9 and left before 9:20. (3 stars because it’s bonkers we have to pay to register anything)

it started when I walked in. They looked at me like they didn’t want to ask why was I there, and then when she did, she was completely rude!!! I told her I need to change over to the new drivers license. She told me that the entire system was down over whole Oklahoma. Which was a COMPLETE LIE!!!!! I call around to other tag agency, to see if this information was true, and indeed it was a LIE!!! I will NEVER come back!
What a poor customer service model to have a drive through but require us to spend more money to use it. Very poor community awareness, especially when we're being encouraged to practice social distancing.
Omg idk where to start!!! So friendly!! Super nice ladies. Even though it is small they require a mask. So if people would follow the rules and stop being pretentious snobs then you could be save just saying lol. Other than that very clean professional environment. I live in Yukon so if I need to I would definitely come back to this place!!!
HORRIBLE PLACE TO GO! THEY IGNORE YOU WHEN YOU WALK IN, THEN ACT LIKE YOU'RE IN THE WRONG FOR BEING THERE. GIRL RENEWING THE LICENSES HAS A TERRIBLE ATTITUDE AND TOLD ME TO COME BACK BEFORE THEY CLOSE AND SHE \MAY OR MAY NOT\ BE ABLE TO HELP ME. WHAT A AWFUL WAY TO RUN A BUSINESS AND TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS!!!! WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS SORRY PLACE!!!!
