My mom had services rendered at this facility last year. The hospital was in the process of changing their billing system. My mom was billed for her services that were paid by her secondary insurance. The hospital cannot find the payments and turned it over to a collection agency even though she has the records from her insurance company showing they were paid. She had tried multiple times to contact billing and nobody will call her back. What a horrible situation and they could care less. Need to put zero stars but not an option. We will definitely never return to this facility. We have since s transferred her care.
