It took literally two days for my application to be approved. It was a very fast and efficient process. All information needs to be completed in order to minimize delays! Three steps to endorse your RN license to Florida 1. Fill out the application on the Florida BON website. Pay the required fee (110) 2. Go to the Nursys.com website and have your current license information sent to Florida. Pay the fee (30) 3. Take a picture of the Florida ORI number to take when you get fingerprints done so they can send it to the correct place to avoid delays. Have fingerprints submitted electronically. Pay the fee to the fingerprinting establishment (95) Not a hard process at all!! Follow instructions! Provide what is asked! Save yourself a headache!!
The phone service is very unprofessional, staff was rude and really mean to clarify any question. I want to see my NCLEX exam. That's all, I'm sure I did pass, my preparation was really good I was the first on ATI in my class I did 2 full reviews private ones and it says I was having a 99.7% of passing the other review 100% so receive a document saying \Over passing rate\ and other area\ below passing rate\ I feel that's not right at all. Something is happening here that I really want to see my test. FBON says \ Oh we just give you the points Pearson can maybe mayyybe show you the test\ SO I today request a lawyer to do all this and audit my test, rather pay 2,000 a lawyer that going back to take a test that is ridiculous. Now I know for why a few friends give up on nursing. So sad and disappointed this profession is to stressful to be defeated by one test.
Horrible customer service, very unprofessional and rude employees. You are either on hold for hours or have people hang up on you. They apparently have misplaced two sets of transcripts for some of my classmates. Transcripts in the same mailing envelope were processed while some where not and they have “no record” of the others on file from the same mailing envelope. This is the most unorganized process I have ever had to deal with. Do not recommend doing business with them but you technically have no choice if you want to work in Florida.
The call center is horrible. I called at 10 a.m. to ask a question about my ATT. The lady told me hold on let me just check something out; and proceeded to put me on hold. It has been an hour and I am still on hold. I am on hold as I am writing this write now. I believe she may have went on her break; I don't know. But if she was going to allow me to sit here for an 1 hour and not help me, I would rather she hang up on me or not even answer the call. So disappointed.
