I got my industrial there on Saturday and they did a really good job with it, especially because I passed out at the counter like two minutes after I was pierced. The guy who pierced me made sure I was okay and was really nice about it. So far, the piercing has barely hurt unless it gets like snagged on clothes or something, so I'll probably come back for more!

Absolutely loved it. got a septum piercing here and the decor was amazing and the service was great. had to wait a little bit but i didn’t have an appointment so it was completely understandable. jeremy pierced it for me and was super understanding of my fears and really great about it. super quick process and turned out amazing. love it!!

Wendy is the most professional of professionals. Wife and I both got tattoos, one of us got piercings, and scheduling was easy and without a doubt. If you are looking for a great place to go, spend your money here. Been coming here since I was 18–and 19 years later they are still the best in Northeast Ohio.
