I have been going to Beaches MRI for years. The place is clean & nice, and it has a good vibe. However, they have one policy that throws everything to the garbage. They do not give you the results, even if you are the one paying. They will argue with you, and give 100% the control to the doctor, not you, who is the one footing the bill and submitting your body. Other imaging centers do not have this policy, and if you are the one paying, you are the one that should get the result, with or without the doctor's blessing. UPDATE: After a lot of arguing, they gave me the results. On the other hand, my wife needed an MRI that she had done a few years ago, and they gave her the CD and the results free and without any issues...

I was referred to Beaches from My Orthopedic and was real nervous about my exam due to being claustrophobic and worried about Covid-19.The girls at the front desk were really sweet and professional. There office is spotless and they are taking all the measures to keep their patients safe. I would recommend them to anyone in a heart beat. They are the best!!!
Omar and Jessica are a dream team! I have extreme anxiety and fear of confinement. We made many attempts to get me in the machine but each time I would freak out and force them to take me out. I had rescheduled my appt after trying the day before to get myself to calm down and just couldn’t. Today Omar and Jessica spent over an hour working with me to get me through the 15 minute process to get the images needed. Jessica stood near me the entire time and calmly talked to me through the entire scan while Omar explained every step to me and gave me a countdown. Although I would never want to go through this again if I do I am requesting them both as they are the reason I was able to get through this. They are meant to be in this profession 100%. Also, the front office staff was amazing as well and so so sweet coming out to check on me and make sure I was ok.
I had a bad experience with staff came here for an MRI at 6 PM in the evening after 4 or five IV attempts tech was unable to find a vein and very dismissive and suggested that I come back and they use a nurse next-door . This was my second trip here, the first tech was very patient but I felt I needed to be sedated to do this test as I am claustrophobic. Sedated unnecessarily because after 4 or 5 failed attempts he could not find my vein. I was totally turned off by his attitude., he seemed dismissive and rushed Complained to office manager and tech supervisor who were apologetic and empathetic towards my frustration. #UnhappyCustomer
