This is a great shop. Cynthia, the owner, has the most amazing vast knowledge of every thing related to sewing. She can help you with making a dress, a hat, how about a coat, or quilt. The best, though is her knowledge of sewing machines. I have never met anyone with the depth and breadth of her knowledge of most sewing machines. Not just the ones she sells. Oh and she gets the top prize, from me, for knowing how to repair them as well. Ask her to tell you her story about what she did before opening the shop 20 years ago. It will amaze you. I love her story and her educational background as well. We cannot forget Hank, who is Cynthia’s brother, and works there as well and repairs the sewing machines. Also very helpful when you need a hand or two to carry heavy stuff. Staff is friendly and helpful. I love helping to support this family run and operated business.

Walking in, staff is friendly and there to help. They give suggestions on material types for projects, and suggests projects. Now, I find out they do sewing machine repair. Game changer!

Cynthia's Fine Fabrics sets the bar on what customer service and appreciation means! It is always a fabulous experience to deal with Cynthia and her knowledgeable staff. They are always there to help, whatever the issue and treat you like family! I have purchased 6 machines from Cynthia and would not even consider going anywhere else! She offers excellent training and service! Awesome dealer! I can't wait for the pandemic to be over so I can go back to our monthly So Fine Club meetings.

This is a great fabric store Cynthia will always help me with any question or concern either by phone or in the store. She will spend time with you to teach you about your machine or help you with any problem or project. I live 3 hours away from her shop but will drive the distance to purchase a machine from her because of her great service. hank is always available for maintenance and repair when needed. LOVE this store!
