Very disappointed in how I was spoken to today after being a patient for 6 years. I simply asked why I am being charged for something with supporting logic, instead I get someone on the phone threatening to not treat me medically; little does this doctor know it is not about the money, I simply wanted to understand why the charge was valid. I have been a patient for too long to be spoken to the way I was spoken to. I gave 2 stars to be kind, something no one was able to do for me this morning.

Love Dr. Chervony but this office has the worst Staff!!!! Do yourself a favor and go to his Boca Raton office

My first appointment was with the Nurse Practitioner, which I was told ahead of time. She was great. Made me feel comfortable and took her time to understand me. I'm very happy to have found this nice, quiet, professional office! My most recent visit I saw Dr. French. When I expressed that I didn't know I was seeing someone new to me, he tried to be very accommodating, but there was no need, I had no problem with seeing him. I'm very glad I did so. I really liked him. Felt comfortable right away and got the feeling he genuinely cared about my well being. I was already happy with this office having seen their PA a few times, I'm thrilled to have a caring Psychiatrist. Very nice. I highly recommend and I'm not easily impressed.

Have had a great experience with Dr. Chervony and his staff. In particular, Prudence at the desk is delightful. She has gone the extra mile to help me and is always available. What a pleasure it has been dealing with such a kind and understanding person. I highly recommend this doctor and this office to anyone.

My older son is a patient of Dr. Chervony. I have only great words to say about Dr. Chervony. He is very intelligent and kind. I am grateful that we have found a doctor of such high caliber because he is open to work with the patient. Dr. Chervony has many patients, however when we are with him in a consultation room, he takes his time to listen and advise the patient on how to proceed. I would highly recommend Dr. Chervony.
