I don't normally give reviews but I couldn't resist this one. I was convinced by a friend to try lithium batteries in my flats boat because of the benefits of quick recharge times, the durability, and most of all they are 1/3 of the weight of my optimas. He recommended The Lithium Battery Company out of Tampa FL. and I have absolutely no regrets. Besides the benefits that come with the lithium batteries, the customer service has been above and beyond my expectations. With lithium Batteries being new to me and somewhat of a learning curve, Nathan was always available with any questions I had and responded back crazy fast. His knowledge of proper chargers and the ability to arrange all that is necessary to get the most out of my set up was a big big deal to me. Bottom line is this, The Lithium Battery Company will be my go to source for Marine Battery setup and the comfort of knowing Nathan is there to back up his products is a fact! Way to go Nathan. You have a customer for life.
I recently purchased (2) 12 volt 100 amp Lithium batteries from The Lithium battery Company. Nathan was incredibly helpful with my understanding how Lithium batteries, volts and amperage works with the trolling motor and battery system my boat dealer is installing. Questions were answered even after hours which I didn't expect but certainly appreciated. I purchased a Power Pole Charging system from a different supplier before I knew they are a dealer and Nathan offered information and insight even though I didn't purchase from him. Seems like a great company that wants to do whatever it takes to satisfy their customers. A top notch company I will refer to by boating buddies. Jerry
I recently had an issue with 2 of the 4 12 volt Lithium batteries I installed in my boat. I wired them for 24 volts and connected each pair in parallel.As I later discovered Lithiums battery management system do not function well under this Configuration and caused 2 of my batteries to stop working properly. I contacted Nathan who immediately went to work helping me figure out what was wrong. After discovering 1 of the batteries was not working properly he sent me postage paid a new battery with a simple way to return the old battery free of charge.Later after several phone calls and a few emails, some on a week end, unlike what any other company would do, he decided to replace a second battery all free of charge. This was, without a doubt, the best customer service I have ever received. Nathan is smart friendly and will respond to you 7 days a week. Other companies could benefit by following his lead.Great product and great customer service. The Lithium battery company will be my battery company for now on. Thank you Nathan for all the help and advice. .
Just wanted to say how happy I am with my 50AH LiFePO4 battery. It arrived here in CA from FL in just a few days, well packaged and in fine shape. The folks at LBC were most helpful in answering my technical questions as I researched using this battery. I bought it to get the better power profile and operating voltages for my astrophotography equipment. My autoguider computer exhibits odd behavior as voltage drops below about 12.3 v, and the motors on the MI 250 mount work much better with a higher voltage as well. I have found my 80 AH AGM batteries drop off quite quickly in a single night of guiding and imaging, especially when the temps drop below about 35 deg. With the Lithium battery I am seeing voltages in the 13.5 to 13.3 v range after an entire night of imaging, even in the 32 to 25F temps we often experience, with much happier equipment as a result. The weight difference is huge as well. My back loves the Li battery. I highly recommend these batteries and this company. US built too!!
