came for an eye exam for glass and contacts. the indian guy was so rude asking what i wanted, didn’t care at all to offer help, rudely answered question with one or two words. i scheduled an appointment but didn’t come because of the service, i seen the reviews here and looks like there is so many problems here, good thing i didn’t come.

I had the Best Customer Service today from Mobin and Dr. Uppal. Mobin works the eyeglass counter and he was wonderful. Very kind and helpful. I had an eye exam about 3 weeks ago and they were super nice. I went in last Wednesday to make a payment for photos of my eyes that they forgot to charge me. While I was there I asked about the status of my glasses since it had been the two weeks and some girl said that she didn’t see we ordered any glasses. I became super annoyed because they charged me for them. The girl said she was going to look into it and let me know. As I finished shopping at target I went back in and asked what the status was and she told me that they did order them but they just shipped so they were on the way. Almost a week later I call them and ask them what’s going on and they told me that the glasses were rejected and that they were gonna call me back to give me an ETA on when I should get them. I strongly feel that they lied to me the first time and never ordered them. I will never go here because of that. They are very irresponsible and it was a mess dealing with them.
I had a great experience going to this specific location, they went out of their way to schedule an eye exam as soon as possible when a previous appointment was canceled for another person. Got my eye exam on Saturday & my glasses arrived the following Tuesday. Erica was great in helping me with my insurance as well, definitely recommend
They were great! I've been wearing the same contacts for almost a year (I know, yikes!) And earlier today after work 1 of them finally tore. So I called Target Optical and asked when I could go in, the gentleman that answered the phone said he'd see if the doctor could fit me in and would call me right back. About 10mins later they had a spot open for me! I asked about the cost and they where straight forward with the cost, no hidden fees or such. So I went in and they where super nice! I filled out the form and within a few mins the doctor took me in. He was great! Very understanding and not judgmental at all. He gave me a pair of contacts to hold me up until my prescription ones come in, which is a life saver for me because I don't have any other way to see! I already love this place and they will definitely be my go to!
