They rip you off. My truck was there for a whole week, however they started and moved the truck only on the first day (Engine start/shut down/movement can be checked by the e-log report). They charged for services they never do. Cut wires and created 4 new fault code on my truck, caused 2,000 extra repair at another reliable shop. The final bill was 3,600, the list of repair was completely fake. The only positive is the girl (Bree) at the service desk.

The shop got me in quickly. Good communication. My final bill was about 100.00 cheaper than what I was quoted. Very happy overall.

Towed in Thursday evening. Figured out the problems the same night. The last part was flown in and installed Saturday morning. Great service Update 27-Jun-2020: A year later. Suspected PDM failure was diagnosed and fixed in 30 hrs despite their shop being extremely busy and having to wait for the part to be delivered. Great service department willing and able to fit a quick job into their overloaded schedule.
Customer service was good, repairs were done fast once we got past warranty. Warranty can be frustrating to deal with but the shop has no control over that. They came through in the end. 5 star service in my book. Took the time to explain what they were doing and why without an attitude. I wish all shops were this way. Thankyou again for getting me back on the road.
