Picked up a really nice one I thought, and just so happy to have a new truck (2016 Ram 1500 quad cab), just to find out that it was in a accident . I just wonder if selling crashed vehicles is Tasca practice. Going to return the truck Friday. Most of us work very hard for what we have to have someone take advantage of it. It was a great truck for a little while.

Al Armando is the best car salesman around! His level of service is unmatched in this industry. He is knowledgeable about the products, patient with all customers, and makes you feel like you are more than just a “sale.” The vehicle I wanted had to be made to order, and he communicated with me for the whole 6 weeks it was in process with updates on the status making the wait that much easier. Outstanding! I can not say enough good things about this dealership. I am 58 years old and have purchased many vehicles over the years in various states in the country. Without a doubt, Tasca Chrysler Dodge Jeep in Westerly, RI has been my best experience with a dealership, hands down. I could go on for days about the professional, HONEST, TRANSPARENT, customer oriented service I received, but suffice it to say, Gary Cooper in Sales, Dustin Anders (Business Manager) and Don Metvier (General Manager) went way above and beyond to put a deal together that worked for ME, and I had very specific, some unusual, and demanding requirements to make it work where I needed it to be. I know they made next to nothing on my sale, yet they were huge problem solvers, and offered numerous creative options and ways to get me into a vehicle that I needed. I am not a pushover and I know most of the tactics and strategies used in the business, but I encountered NONE of that at Tasca. Again, HONEST, TRANSPARENT and exceedingly customer service oriented. They made magic happen and had me out of my current vehicle and into my new vehicle, all paperwork completed the SAME DAY! THEY apologized to me for it taking so long, even offering me half of their lunch while we were making the deal. Tasca Dodge is an excellent dealership assisting the customer in the area of service, as well as the personnel providing direction. All of the staff are courteous and professional. The technicians are qualified in the field of automotive knowledge. I've been servicing my vehicle for three years at Tasca Dodge, and really see no reason to look anywhere else. Tasca Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is a dealership that is impeccable in all facets relating to customer service and to the cleanliness of all facilities located within and without. A service area is provided for coffee and tea to the customer at no charge, along with a HD television. A very comfortable waiting area, in addition to reading materials which are available. Paul Fortin, the service manager has helped me significantly relating to all issues relating to the Challenger, and has moved further to address some technical specifications which I was seeking. If any seek to find a dealership which is capable of mechanical aptitude, Tasca is a beacon. Tasca is located in Westerly, Rhode Island. Supplementary: Still bringing my vehicle to Tasca to be serviced as of September 11, 2017, and would not wish to move to any other dealership. Our sales person was Al Armando and i could not ask for a better salesperson. We bought a 2013 Jeep Wrangler, when I got home I noticed one of the rain reflectors was broken, i went right right back to Tasca and told Al. He spoke with his manager and agreed to replace all 4 of them. They came in the next day.Al was extremely friendly, showed us the vehicle and how to do things inside. He also showed us how to remove the soft top fully and also how to just to just fold it back. It took more than one lesson to show us but he was very understanding and helpful. I was very impressed with him and so glad I got him as my salesman. I love my jeep!!!!
Just experienced Tasca for first time.. Wanted to find a clean, reliable & reasonably priced SUV .. our sales consultant Siobhan went above & beyond!! She is an exceptional person, honest, dedicated and reliable.. truly one of the very best car buying experiences I have ever had!! I will absolutely be returning to Tasca.. and Siobhan.. she is amazing.. I would recommend her to anyone looking to purchase, lease, trade, buy new or preowned vehicle. She is honest, honorable & a wonderful human being.. You will not be disappointed!!
We had a lovely and painless time buying our used Jeep Wrangler Unlimited at Tasca Auto in Westerly. Everyone who works there is very happy and there is a very friendly, laid back feel which shows that employees enjoy working there! Thats always a huge plus!! I had seen the Jeep I wanted online on their website, and in about 45 minutes I was there and test driving! We bought our Jeep from Roger Benoit who was fairly new to the company, but has plenty of experience. We were even offered a couple slices of pizza while we waited for our loan to process. Yum!
