My bf got me a promise ring 2 years ago from here and EVERY single time I walk in to get it cleaned or inspected there has ALWAYS been an issue either with the ring or our account! Huge amounts of money are dumped out every single time. Just get the full insurance, the headaches down the line just arent worth it and are extremly expencive to maintain! I highly doubt id have the same issues at any other jewlery place honestly! I'd never recommend this place to anyone after what we went through!
