Had a hospital bed delivered a few minutes ago. Matt was probably the best person I've talked to in this line of work. He was kind, and incredibly friendly putting the bed together, which was something he did way faster than I thought it would be. If you ever need something done these guys do a wonderful job of it.

Second time using this place and this will be the last time. They are very nice when you purchase something but when I brought two separate items in for repairs. The first item was not repaired correctly and they still wanted to charge for 3 service calls. Second time, they called and said item was repaired and ready for pick up. I have been here for 40 minutes because it was not fixed. Thank goodness I was aware of this before I left the store. Now they are saying it can't be fixed. I guess they were hoping I was too stupid not to notice before paying. I was told last time they were under new management. Maybe so, but still same problems. Do yourself a favor and drive a little further if you have to because this place is aweful.
