Great place to start your life with comfort and not having to cut grass, fertilizing, maintenance free only pay ELECTRICITY and NO FELONS ARE ABLE TO GET A PLACE SO ITS SAFER THAN MOST CO-OP'S. I LIVED HERE FOR 15YEARS AND WAS ABLE TO GO AND HAVE FUN
They hold your security deposit for longer then told when moving out and when you call they give you the run around why you havent gotten it yet, and they tell u they need to replace things that are the own fault of the companys they hired so ripping you off of deposit. They are not upfront about anything and will lie to save a nickel for themselves ... but yet they will fine you in a heart beat over petty stuff
