Teal Tile is top notch! They transformed 20 year old carpet into the most beautiful flooring. Everyone there from the sales staff to the installation crew was helpful, kind, courteous and respectful. As a builder, I have used Teal tile in the past. As long as I stay on top of them it comes out nice. I used them to install tile and carpet in our own home and the results were so-so. Tile is uneven that the tile leaves shadows in the grout lines making the light grout look dark in places. Did not grout toilet and ask to come back and grout. Was told by Kevin we don't grout toilet unless we have it on out proposal. This is part of the job and not a special thing. I had to do it myself. I Had one of their employees steal tools from my back yard and caught them on security camera and sent it to the owner. Not even an apology, I had to tell them that the thief was not allowed on the property again. I deducted 100.00 from their invoice for the tool and now I am being questioned for a receipt for the replacement cost of the tool. I have requested a copy of the warranty for the carpet and care instruction, still after 60 days have not received them. The carpet was installed but the corners were cut wrong. They have sent the carpet installer back out 3 times. Its better for now. We had been working with another customer for carpet and flooring for another job, when the customer called and ask for a sample of what she picked. They informed the customer that they no longer are servicing Orange Park and Middleburg leaving this customer High and dry. Not a problem, I told the customer, I work with several flooring centers and we will bring you samples from them.

The process took a few weeks to order the materials, season hardwood to the humidity and install. But the final product looks great. The workmanship and professionalism was fantastic. We are thrilled with the outcome and the way our house looks! Thanks to Val, Nate and the rest of the team!
