Both the product (Scorpion Covert X Helmet) and customer service was great! Shipping was quick. I loved the produce when I got it, unfortunately I ordered the wrong size! I contacted support for EXCHANGE options via EMAIL. The reply was quick and easily understood. I followed their instructions and was soon enjoying my new helmet! Thank you Adam for your support. I would recommend this company to anyone! I constantly get helmet complements, Scorpion Covert X Helmet... LOVE IT!

I ordered a leather corset with 6 buckles on front. It arrived promptly and I absolutely love it! However, before I even put it on the second buckle fell off. I hadn’t even put it on yet and was not messing with it or attempting to buckle it. I have left a message. If this gets fixed it would be 5 stars for sure!!

Worst experience ever. Ordered a leather jacket on March 17th. Order came a week or so later, but wrong size. They were very responsive to send me a return label, which I used and dropped off at USP Store. Here we are almost a month later, no exchange jacket. I have asked for a refund over the past week - no response. When calling the phone number listed on their site, it rings to a company who sells health and wellness products. They've never heard of Team Motorcycle. SCAM. Now I have to fight it with my credit card company. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.

Was seconds away from clicking submit payment on a vest from their site and then had the thought " I should see if this site is legit as Ive never used it before." So i did and saw a bunch of negative reviews. Upon reading the reviews I cleared my cart and info and left the site. The next day I get an email from "Rick" their "customer care agent" whom I pretty sure is just a automated email bot. Wanted to know why I abandoned my cart (which i didn't because I cleared it out before closing it) and if there was anything he could do to help me purchase the vest. So i replied to the email explaining as to why I left their site and decided not to purchase and if he was a real person to reply to my email and maybe change my mind. All I got a few days later was another superficial response clearly not from and actual person who claims they are "Rick" suggesting I finance the vest and how simple it is lmao! No response to any of mine original concerns that I stated in the email prior. They claim to be from Daytona but I have a suspicion they're drop shipping from China or something. Shame really as I really liked the particular vest the had.

SCAM ARTIST!!! I ordered some jackets and they sent for a confirmation for not what I ordered, since the order was in pending status I called to have them cancel but I was informed that pending meant shipped and there as nothing they could do. Well wasn't I surprised when I get another email the next day saying that the incorrect order was now being shipped, meaning they had plenty of time to stop the order. So then I try to return it but it turns out I have to pay to return the wrong order. It's cool though because they sell shipping labels cheap. Seems legit. So basically they took my money, did not send me what I ordered and hope that I will either keep the merchandise (and they get to keep the money) or they get to sell me a return shipping label (which I'm sure they make at least some profit on). Worse part, some guy named "Rick" at Team Motorcycle emailed me about one of the jackets I ordered but never got. Saying he hopes I'll enjoy it and it's a really nice jacket. Talk about insult to injury.

Would not recommend this web site to anyone. I ordered a helmet off teammotorcycle.Com. When opening package I noticed it was the wrong size. Sent them a email and told them it was the wrong size. They replied by telling me I have to pay 13.99 for a shipping label. I tried to call them 4 times and sent 3 emails with no reply. I had to spend a extra 14 dollars to get my order right. This web site is a joke.
