Got a flyer for annual service. David Deleon was the service tech. The front end service was good. There was a problem with my mom’s a/c and it needed replaced. She contracted TSI and scheduled the replacement for Saturday. We called the home warranty company (another issue) and they needed a pre-authorization. I called to postpone the install and was told that the pre-authorization was done. So the install was complete. Finding out now that David is saying that he never said there was a per-authorization. If he would have allowed the postponed install everything would be good. Currently working with Lucas in the office will update when available. Side note quality of product and install was good. Just dealing with an honesty issue. Update: after speaking with Louis, I felt the issue was heard, addressed and concluded in a satisfactory manor. Price, quality, installation all were good, now customer service is of the same quality.

July 2020. Fast and reliable service. I have had them as my AC company for several years. A few weeks ago, my air conditioner went out and come to find it was struck by lightning. Dan Scott came out and quickly analyzed it, and got us a new system. Also, he was a great help in completely the paperwork for the insurance company. He was awesome. The guys that came out and installed my new unit were great also I would highly recommend this company.
Our 18 year old AC finally decided to call it quits Saturday morning - so I called several AC services and David of TSI showed up with in an hour and to confirm what I really knew for a few years. David said he will have someone here by 10AM next morning with a new Rheem unit on ahand shake. Sunday morning at 8:45 AM a nice young installer that goes by Junior was knocking on door ready to go and by 12:30 we had cold air. Very good experience
