Customer for life. This is my second purchase from this location, and the customer experience is flawless. The music, the smell, the casual and attentive service and amazingly supportive and gorgeous boots. Kent helped me get the right size and style after a couple of phone calls and waiting for a shipment to come in. Grady was here and very helpful during our visit. I invited my brother in law to join me and check them out. He ended up buying his first pair of Tecovas too. These guys made it fun. Two pairs down, probably a lot to go.

I always enjoy visiting your stores as I own several Tecovas boots, and they are terrific! I return frequently to have them shined, which is a lost art. I appreciate your young staff that takes great pride in shining boots. In particular Kent (in your Plano store) did an awesome job! He worked hard and was very respectful, and we had great interaction while he was working his skill. Ryan also joined in on the conversation and was very pleasant to interact with as well. Whoever does your hiring and training is doing an awesome job, and I appreciate Kent's efforts very much.

Order #946657 I ordered this on Saturday 2/13/21 I know it says 1 or 2 business days so I thought no problem so Monday 2/15/21 came and went so I send an email that night asking if there was an estimated time for shipping. Well now it’s Tuesday 2/16/21 no replay to my email and no tracking email still so I tried calling (no answer just a recorded message saying to email. So I just sent another email. Just wanted to see if there is an eta for my order? I paid for overnight on it but now it’s Tuesday night 7pm and I can’t get in touch with anyone at your company.

Really like this store! All of the staff are very nice. They had a great (free) coffee while you waited in line to get in. The cocktails were aweome inside. The live music really helped set the mood while shopping. The person who helped me get my boots was just great. I tried on a ton of different boots until I finally got one that fit just perfectly! They are super nice and will definitely do business with again. I also love the fact that they do free condition of the boots every month. Great a custom service!

Wow.... what an experience at this store. My guys Kent & Parso with all of this Tecovas hospitality. I felt like family, but seriously check this store out! The customer service from these guys was exceptional! I will definitely be back to purchase again.

The customer service is exceptional! Went in to peek at a pair of boots that my husband has been eyeing and am so glad I did. Kent, Ralph, and Ryan walked me through the process, never pressured any sale, and overall made me a very happy customer! 10/10 recommend!

I had the pleasure of meeting both general managers when I walked in on a Wednesday afternoon. Tecovas Plano has exceptional sales people who are after your best interest. I was never pressured into buying anything and picked up the cutest pair of boots. They even gave me a mug as a gift. I highly recommend you pay a visit, you won't regret it.
