Absolutely unbelievable I had these guys come out to my location twice to fix my forklift the first trip they tinkered with it tightened the belt and said that was it, it was fixed well shortly after they left we still had the same problems and I complained about it and that they were to come back out and do a tune up and fix this lift and that I expected a refund or some kind of discount as the problem was not fixed yet I was charged for it. So they excused it away and said regardless the travel time is what it is they have to charge me for it lol, so we had them come out again and do a tune up change points all of that plugs wires etc. And they left charged us 700 plus dollars. Forklift ran a little better, good enough to get us through our jobs. Well then it started acting up again and we called another dealer to come repair it and found out that they charged us for a tune up they never did or only did part of it. Also installed wrong parts on the lift which explains why it's broke down again and we just had to pay someone else more money to come in and do the job right and fix what was never done by these guys. I can't believe that anyone can stomach doing business like this and can sleep at night. I'll gladly pay for good service.

Are these the kind of people you employ?? This guy refused to let me merge into the exit lane for absolutely no reason!! And then he had the gall to flip me off after. If these are the kind of people that are representing this company I would highly recommend not using their services. They are obviously rude, and unprofessional and discourteous. I’ll upload my dash cam footage as soon as I pull it off my camera just so you can see how obviously deliberate his actions were.
