Andre from Tekniton did an amazing job. Very knowledgeable, efficient, and experienced. Andre fixed my dryer and fridge very promptly. He knew exactly what the situation was and handled it. I greatly appreciate his kindness and care. I highly recommend him, and Tekniton to everyone. Tekniton was able to come out very quickly and Andre was great! Thanks again.

Technician came and took pictures and told Samsung there was nothing wrong with my 5000 television. Stear clear of these guys. They have no intergrity. Sent pictures to Precision TV and they have already scheduled to repair.

My experience with Tekniton started out excellent when I called and talked to the woman with the Russian name. She answered every question and was quite helpful. She was very friendly and very positive; she seemed like a happy person. Tekniton's tech person, Andrei, was then scheduled to fix our refrigerator screen. It did not take him long to repair it; he knew what he was doing and was very thorough. We thank Tekniton for sending Andrei to resolve our problem. He is a good representative for your company.

I would not recommend this company even to my enemy. I had a Home Depot insurance policy and they hired this company to fix my dryer. The technician Leonid, came looked at it, not sure if he even fixed my dryer, because after he left I started my dryer and my dryer didn’t work. I contacted Tekniton immediately and asked them to send the technician back and finish his job. The lady Albina, said “we can’t send the technician back because the ticket was closed already”. I asked her if they charged Home Depot for an incomplete job and she said “yes”. I am assuming that they do that a lot because she even didn’t try to help and it seems normal to her. My recommendation for you is to hire another company.

Poor knowledge of technicians, I had very bad experience with these guys while getting my dishwasher repaired. They always keep postponing the service appointment & moreover takes atleast 2-3 visits to fix by cooking up some story. Looks like samsung pays these guys so they are comfortable postponing things.

I contacted Samsung regarding the "common ice maker" problem. Without hesitation, they took down my information and assigned Tekniton to provide the Samsung service bulletin work. Within an hour, I received a call from Tekniton to schedule an appointment. Tekniton service reps arrived today, within the 4-hour scheduled timeframe, and within a short amount of time, the ice maker was repaired. Vasile and Paul were very professional, wore their masks and even offered to slip on booties over their shoes. Vasile walked me through the changes that they were going to make and answered all of my questions. Thank you again Vasile and Paul

I had a great experience with this company. They notified me by text when Joel the technician would be here. He was on time, told me everything he was going to do to fix my ice maker. From the time he drove in till he drove out, 45 min. He was informative, explained how to avoid the problem in the future with regular maintenance. He was professional, clean and friendly.
