I've seem to have good service. I have dealt with 3 other suppliers over the last 10 years and this is comparable to any of them and lots better than one of them.

I had Medi Home Care for 3 years. After the Corydon branch closed it went downhill. As a CPAP patient, some of my supplies were delivered every 3 months. My June supplies didn't arrive in June, July or August despite me calling to ask for them. Finally in September I called to cancel my service and they were magically ready to be mailed. Who knows if they will arrive and I have other supplies due. Too little, too late. Still cancelling

Horrible equipment and customer service. Staff tried putting my 70yr old mother A child's wheelchair instead of adult wheelchair. We had to get a second referral to another medical supply store to get the correct chair.

This Business doesn't follow their hours of operation. It says 5pm on their website but on the phone they said they closed at 4pm. Makes it hard on someone who had their CPAP machine quit working & needed a new sim card made for a new machine. Very unprofessional

My pulmonologist ordered for me to get a c-pap machine a week ago. He said I have sleep apnea and am getting junk sleep at night, also that he would put a rush on it. It has been a week and this facility still hasn't called me. I have gone in there a couple of times and get the run around each time.
