Stay away from this place. Every window that Nick tinted had dirt, hair, and bubbles in it. He said he would only redo 3 of them. When I asked for a refund he said his policy is no refunds. Well that's great for him but not so good for a customer that got a poor window tint. The tinting on all 4 of the windows that roll down had a 1 cm gap at the top. Nick said this is normal and if you want it higher you need to pay extra. No Nick this is not normal. He told me to google it. Google says it's because it was done poorly. And yeah like the other bad reviews he tries to blame dirt in the tint on the customer. All you had to do Nick was give the refund

I normally use VIP Tint in Murrieta. VIP has been fantastic, had them tint 10 vehicles but they are currently shut down due to COVID. So, recently hired Nick at Dead Eye (mobile) to do a tint on my new Chevy truck. He showed up on time and explained everything he was going to do. Seemed like a nice guy. He finished the tint with one other gentlemen in 2 hrs. Told me to leave the truck with the windows up in the sun and to ignore the bubbling. A few hours after he finished, I went outside to move the truck. At that point, I noticed that he had left a huge mess in the truck. (See attached pictures), did not clean up after his work, and had scuffed the brand new kick plate with several scratches, and had also scratched the A-pillar plastic when tinting the windshield. In addition, the tint on the windshield had a 1-inch fold/crease in it (right where the a-pillar was scratched) I called Nick to talk to him, and explained what had happened. After looking at the pictures, he said he WAS sorry, but said he was only able to offer to put protective film over the kick plate. He said he would not replace it... even if he did damage it. His explanation was he was "human" and he did not believe in putting "the customer first." He said that I should understand people make mistakes. As for the damaged a-pillar, he was not willing to replace it or fix it either. He offered to come look at it, but said even if he did damage it, he would not fix it. I told him that I expected him to fix the damage he and his worker caused. At that point, he became rude and extremely unprofessional. I would avoid these guys. They may do decent tint work, but if ever have any issues with them.... you can guarantee they are not going to stand behind their work or repair any damage they cause. I've got 2 damaged trim parts on a new GMC truck, and a piece of windshield tint that needs to be replaced. Not good.

First Class Auto Glass and Mobile Tint is GREAT!!! Nick was on time and professional. A lot of these tint guys can be a little "questionable", and Nick and his team are not that :) They are a group of stand up guys. Nick came to my house and was able to get the job done with no hassle and at a very reasonable price. Thanks for making my car turn into the White Knight!!!

Zero stars!!! Nick does poor quality work and tries to place the blame on the customer. I’ve had over 10 cars tinted and the work he does is by far the worst tinting I have ever seen. Stay away from this place. Take your money to a place that will do the job right.

Been having nick do all my vehicles and must say. Great job on each one. I send all my friends and family there. Even they never have any issues and priced great for outstanding work. I Have also had him do vinyl wrap and tint my headlights as well. Never any issues. Great workmanship and very professional. I’m sure I’ll have more cars to do in the near future.

They did a bad job on my window tinting and when I went back and asked if they could redo it, they were very rude and unprofessional. They even tried to blame it on me and I never got a refund!!! Would not recommend this place
