Love, love, love this place!! Excellent customer service and great shoes in a variety of styles. Kaytlin was so helpful and patient. She really took her time to explain the best type of shoe to fit the needs of my feet. I will definitely be going back again and again for tennis shoes as well as cute work shoes!

Absolutely loved our visit to this store! I took my parents who have been having really bad back and feet problems and honestly expected to just walk in and figure out which shoes they needed. Fortunately, the customer service representative, Kaytlin, helped us immediately and even had my parents and I laughing and enjoying our time there! I loved how my parents feet and walking were analyzed and she helped my parents try on multiple shoes until we found the perfect ones! Such a great experience and I highly recommend! My husband and I will be back for sure!

I had a very pleasant experience here, i came in the day before a little before closing and Matthew took his time to do a gait analysis for my feet and recommend shoes, he answered all my questions and showed me options that will work best for me, i left with a pair of insoles but came back the next day to buy a pair he recommended. Mea was also wonderful in ensuring i was taken care of and ensured i walked out there with shoes that will meet my needs. Both Matthew and Mea where wonderful and offer amazing customer service while not pressuring me to buy anything! 100% recommend!

This is the second time that I have visited Lucky Feet Shoes in Temecula. The first time Mea helped me and was excellent in her knowledge and sales of the right products to recommend for my aching feet. A few years later, I was back again for help with my wife's feet as well. We are very pleased with the results! If you have foot problems, go see Mea Lincoln, you will be glad that you did!
