I have had a Kirby in storage for 6yrs in fear that it would be too expensive to repair. The Owner of Vacuum express was extremely helpful, friendly, and not expensive at all. A must go for the same experience.

I had my eyes set on a high priced vacuum and Bill was able to show me why it wasn’t the best. He showed me a different model then listened to my situation and then said I would be happier with a cheaper model. I felt like he wanted me to get the best vacuum for me and not just sell me the most expensive. Awesome service and great vacuum.

Billy is awesome. I just moved to the area and was looking for vacuum bags. I googled looking for nearest vacuum cleaner shop, just so happens that this location came up. I went in and was greeted by a young man. His demeanor was very pleasant. This time of the year can be very stressful for retail employees but his was so cheerful I knew there was a reason.
