Our son has been going to BH since he was 3 months old and will be continuing thru kindergarten at Bright Horizons. I only wish that had 1-6 grade too! Every single teacher absolutely loves each child that walks thru the doors. The education they receive is outstanding!! Prior to COVID, Bright Horizons was an amazing school, but during this pandemic they have continued to impress us with their safety precautions, helping the children feel safe and even had kids make their own mask they could wear so they felt more comfortable. I truly love ALL of the staff at Bright Horizons - this really is the most amazing school!!!

Our son has been at Bright Horizons since he was 18 months old and absolutely loves it! I can't say enough good things about this location. He says that he is going to his teacher's house when we take him--that is how \at home\ he feels! He is gaining great social skills and peer interaction, and gets more attention than he would at other facilities because their ratio is 5:1. He also gets healthy, organic meals and snacks throughout the day (that I don't have to provide!!). From a parent's perspective, I love that they use an app to keep us informed throughout the day and have an emergency response system in place that is regularly tested. Thanks to the app I know what he has eaten, when he is sleeping, and what activities he worked on during the day. I also get reminders when he is running low on diapers or wipes. But the notifications with pictures of his smiling face are a highlight for me at work!! I also love that the facility is incredibly safe and clean. They have a locked gate, a key-coded entry front door, and a staffed reception desk in order to get in. Everyone knows my name, and my child's name, even those who are not in charge of his daily care. The rooms are always clean (which is amazing) and they pay close attention to personal hygiene. I found Bright Horizons after researching day care facilities through the Arizona State Licensing website and loved that I could see how well-maintained this facility is before we even toured it. You are not going to find a facility with 0 violations--but this facility did a great job where it counts (employee finger print cards, labeled medications, signed check out forms, etc.) You can check them out yourself and compare them to other facilities to see the difference. Overall, I highly recommend Bright Horizons in Tempe!

If you are looking for a school for your infant to kinder prep.... you can stop here. I have seriously looked at over 20 centers and I can’t find one that compares to what you get here. I drive 25 minutes out of my way so my kids can attend this school. The main teachers have more longevity than most. They truly care about the kids. It’s like an extended family. They are modern, clean and have an excellent curriculum. Not only do they teach math, Spanish, art at a young age, they teach social skills. The director is super real, honest and does everything she can to accommodate your needs. You get what you pay for and you will pay more here. But you also get so much more in return. Both my kids go here and love the school so much. It’s a perfect fit for our family.

Beyond amazing! I knew from the moment I stepped into the facility (pregnant) that this was THE place for our family. The staff answered all of our new parent questions and made us feel at ease. From there our experience has only gotten even more amazing each day! Our child is so loved, cared for and is learning so much beyond what we ever imagined. The curriculum is TOP NOTCH; the staff and teachers are BEYOND wonderful; the experiences my child has are OVER THE TOP! I can't say enough about Bright Horizons Family Center at ASU Research Park (except how can they create an elementary and high school program so we never have to leave!).

I called Bright Horizons and talked to Patricia Widders (the Director), we scheduled a tour. I arrived to Bright Horizons. She said did Lacey (assistant director) sent you an email letting you know we most likely don’t have openings? I didn’t received an email. Imagine my frustration. Patricia Widders said “I will email you tomorrow to let you know if we have or not have openings”. Of course she didn’t send me an email. I was waiting all day long. I called Bright Horizons, they said “Patricia left for the day, I will call Patricia”. The lady got my name and number. About an hour after she called me and said “Patricia will send you and email today”. I didn’t get an email. I sent an email the next day to Patricia. She said they didn’t have openings and made a bunch of excuses for her and Lacey. My frustration is that if they didn’t have any openings why she scheduled a tour and no one communicated that to me. She ended up saying that I can call in July to see if they have openings when they all were very aware I wanted my kids to start asap. In first place I sent an email to Lacey last week and she didn’t ever answer.
