Literally waited 25 mins for a cab to be dispatched then the driver clearly didn’t know directions so was going the wrong way and he ended up just not coming so they decide they want to see another one and before I know it an hour has gone by so I call and they say I have to wait an additional 20 mins for someone to be dispatched again . Worse customer service I’ve ever experienced
