The acupuncturist was very rude to me, and was not compassionate. She needs to work on being more compassionate. I do not recommend this acupuncturist at all, and suggest looking elsewhere.

Update: I went back this past weekend for community acupuncture. I had a great experience! I've gone to community acupuncture in places in San Francisco, and this is such a step above the rest! Not to mention, the price is ridiculously reasonable. It's a beautiful relaxing space. It's friendly and warm. The egulars\ seem to have such a great bond with Dana that makes you realize you are in trusted hands. I felt amazing after my treatment. Having suffered from chronic headaches and allergies I am eternally grateful for the relief Dana has provided. Do yourself a favor and stop by for a treatment. You won't regret it!

I adore Dana! She is absolutely amazing. I started seeing her because of a knee injury that was not healing. Within just a few sessions it was almost at 100%, after a few months all the pain was gone. I'd call her a miracle worker but the truth is that acupuncture works and Dana is the best acupuncturist I've seen. She believes in and uses a whole body/mind/spirit approach that really works. I would see her every week if I could, I always end up leaving in a better place than how I arrived. Also, Alex is amazing at reminding you of your appointments and figuring out how and where to fit you in if you need to shift your appointment at all. It's so nice to know that you can actually talk to someone and that if you do have to leave a message he will get back to you within a day. So long as I live in Phoenix, Dana is the only acupuncturist I will see!!

Dana is an amazing human. She treats the mind, body and soul. My visits with her leave me feeling pain free and at peace. I'll admit, I was skeptical of Eastern medicine. After experiencing such incredible results with Dana, I have no longer have any doubts. Bonus: Dana is always up for a challenge. For example when Western medicine has failed, given up on you or can't figure out what's wrong with you, Dana has a way of figuring things out and treating the entire problem, not just the symptoms.
