I started my refinance process back in October 2020 and I still waiting for this company to complete the loan. first it took 2 month to be contacted to start the process, then all paper wrong with errors, wrong interest, rate, length of loan, charging again the appraisal. it is a nightmare. I do not recommend this company at all. None one calls you to keep you inform unless you call them. I am so furious with this people.

As the morage service company they hold any partial payments which they don't pay any interest but you a crew interest on your mortgage till the full payments made. Who I refinance with another company they claim they mail my refund for my escrow account it never showed up when I called the first time they said I had to wait three days were to come in the mail I waited for when I called back they finally said I could escalate it and they could pay me via direct deposit when I was speaking with the representative hung up on me and when I called back the wonderful new representative I got was laughing at me and it would take 3 more days. this company shows their true face at this point.
Forget trying to get refinanced through NewRez. The lack of communication, was unbelievable. After dealing with them and waiting for nearly 3 months, finally went with someone else. NewRez is by far the absolute worst company we have EVER tried to refinance with. We are in the process now with another company who is actually working with us, and actually communicating with us. FU NewRez!
Worst place to go for a refinance deal. I wasted for 4 months and got nothing. Their mortgage ‘experts’ know nothing about what they do. I spent 500 for appraisal and the ‘ready-to-go’ loan request is rejected and could not get a refund. Just stay away and save Time and Money!
They hang up on you for pressing 0 to speak to a person. They threaten you as they are a DEPT COLLECTOR (dugh, no kidding). I hate this companies service.
