Excellent condition and value! This course is run by the city which is usually a detrement to a golf course but Rolling Hills was in great condition when I played in December. The course itself is right in the sweet spot between executive and full length. There are a lot of challenging par 3's and short to mid length par 4's. The greatest feature the course has to offer are the elevation changes. It is rare in the Phoneix area to have such a range of steep uphill and downhill holes. It made the experience super fun. Recommended for all levels of player!

It was a pleasant surprise to find this executive course...probably the best I've played in the valley. Nice course design with many elevation changes and interesting doglegs. Course was in good condition after overseeding. Late morning start, and good pace if play.

I am a native for 58 years and had never played here before? Why? it's all the name. Rolling Hills. Fun little course. Not in the best of shape, but great views of the zoo.
