We have always had a great experience with this particular location. The staff It's always very professional and willing to assist. Our order is always made to perfection and their Italian sausage is the best I've ever tasted. This most recent time I showed up a little early and the young lady working the counter told me she would bring it out to my vehicle which is a great service during this time of COVID-19.

Ordering on their website is super easy, and there are lots of options, such as how you want it cooked, how you want it cut, extra sauce, light sauce... etc. I went to pick it up the order was correct, hot and fresh. I got a Chicago deep dish pepperoni pizza, thin crust pizza and the Italian beef hoagie... it was all awesome!
The new franchise owners make it feel like I'm ordering at rosatis back home. I had the chance to speak with the new manager Brandon? (I am horrible with names) what a great guy for the job he truly understands the business and it's sentimental value to Chicago transplants and now AZ natives. All of the pizzas are just like back home. They use fresh dough and ingredients so when you order basil on your pizza it's aromatic and as soon as the delivery driver opens that bag at the door you instantly salivate. The new staff is energetic and compassionate in the handling of your meal (I am particular about how my pizza is prepared) and very much humble. I had a driver call out my small orders items to confirm accuracy and he thanked me for my business. What a turn around from the previous owners! The guys back in Chicago would be proud.
It was great! Very happy now to have this as a curbside contactless option. Looking forward to ordering more
Kind of a bummer... the antipasti salad is nothing like the original Rosatis . Some torn up salad with kind large pieces of very dry meat , no mozzarella, no roasted red peppers no olives ... just kinda sad. I was however really excited they got the side of ranch right cause they completely omitted the twice requested ranch with the wings. When you only do take out... you had one job
