For running one of the largest special needs schools in the state they do an amazing job of taking care of the individual needs of students and parents. I've seen it first hand. Their record speaks for itself. They have the reputation they do within school districts and the educational community because of the years and years of flawless service to the and thousands upon thousands of grateful students. They've taken the privilege and the challenge to be there for our special needs children and give them what others wouldn't or couldn't. The success these kids have at this school is nothing short of incredible. You can see it in their faces. The staff is well trained and are given the environment they need in order to help their kids succeed beyond expectations. Administrators are ethical, honest and do the right thing. Mr. Austin runs an incredible school. I am and continue to be extremely comfortable with how they run things and how they treat and love the kids. I would have loved to have a zoo in my courtyard where I went to school :) Truly the best special education school in Arizona.

Unfortunately, I'm a student who got bad days. Why? Because some staff members won't support me because I was being such a loser. I was trying to go back to my regular school. But then, I don't know why I was still there. I ended up thinking suicide because of what you guys did to my life. I hope I was never be here again.
The ACES is a terrific organization where the needs and safety of the students are top priority. The supportive administration ensures that the success of the students is truly a team effort (staff, student, family, school district, community). It's a privilege to work with the wonderfully creative staff that do a terrific job motivating the students while creating engaging educational environments where the individual needs of the students are being addressed. The ACES is top notch / first class and it starts at the top.
Working at The ACES has been a real learning experience for me! I've enjoyed my work as a teacher and getting to know the great staff and students at each of the campuses. The dedicated teachers and staff do amazing things everyday for our students. Keep up the great work!
