What a wonderful place to transition. While sad events happen here daily, it is a wonderful place with great staff.
Horrible service. My father had an urgent need, they told us not to go to the hospital and that they would follow-up with us, they did not follow-up until he was dying hours later. In addition, their overnight nurse showed up the hospital and informed the hospital that Valiant would take care of the death certificate - she never did. The funeral home contacted them daily, over a week later, we were still waiting for Vailant to sign the death certificate and were claiming it had to be done by the hospital. When we called them, they kept making excuses and claimed the funeral home never called them (even though the funeral home was very responsible to us).
