Amazing place to work out, learn authentic Shaolin kung fu, also very well defined and specific movements for health, self defense and use of weapons. The instructors are very professionals and really good detail teaching. Learning kung fu has help me to be more focus, concentrated and with a sharp mind. I highly recommend it for kids to help them develop more easily at school.

An amazing school that teaches authentic Shaolin Kung Fu. The instructors are the real deal; straight from the Shaolin Temple, Song Shan Mountain, China. I gave been learning for the past 9 years, and I look forward to the next 20!! Come try for yourself!!

I have looked into other Kung Fu studios before decided to come here as the Shīfu(s) are from the Shaolin Temple. Their teaching emphasis are on traditional Kung Fu and Chan Meditation. The Shīfu(s) here are great and patience. Not only they teach you the Kung Fu forms and weapons, they also teach you the Kung Fu culture. I have learned a lot in the past 4 years and will continue to do so. I would recommend for anyone who wants to learn traditional Kung Fu to check out this place.
