Got few rackets few months ago and got strung there. IT was a good experience. I went back to get restrung one of the racket and I specifically told them that I need Head - Synthetic - BLACK and 54lb. Update: My wife e.mailed and the owner responded immediately and took care of it.

Merchandise are priced high at store, and they don’t honor price they have in their online store. I was a regular customer, will not be anymore.
