From the beginning to over a year after has been a disaster. We were originally lied to about the price and payment system. They came out, didn't do the whole house like they said they were going to. When letting them know it wasn't fully done, they questioned how I knew before speaking to their tech who did confirm he did not do the lower part of the house because his stuff couldn't reach. We were told this wouldn't be a problem otherwise we would have used the other company who was cheaper, just thay they were a month out for service. Original treatment didn't work so someone came out and sprayed from their company. I had to argue that we shouldn't be paying 1600 full price when they only did less than half our house. They took 300 off. It should have been half the price since they did less than half the house. Ended up having to pay someone else to come spray our house because I was tired of their lies and ripping me off already. I have called 3-4 times in the last year to make a payment but they don't answer and don't call back but, I still keep getting bills in the mail with interest accumulating. I don't even know what to do now. Maybe this will bring attention and they will answer their phones or something.

Our Tech, Tim, is the absolute best Technician. He educates and advises, is always on time and listens to our concerns as the year goes on and sometimes Priorities change with the weather. Pleasant, kind and knowledgeable and brings a level of customer service rarely seen anymore. We are totally worry free thanks to the Service Action Control provides and the excellent customer service we receive.
Carla was more than amazing on the phone. I was completely embarrassed, and she reassured me that everything would be fine. My appoint is for Tuesday and I can not wait. Thank you for making me feel so comfortable!! Also carla needs a raise she's awesome!!
I had Ed come down to check out our apartment. While our landlord went a different avenue , my girlfriend and myself were very impressed with Ed's professionalism and knowledge of his products and the treatment involved. I would most certainly use Action again and request Ed. He is an asset to your team .
