They were willing to take me immediately for a euthanasia of our 18 year old cat. The poor thing was skeletal thin, dehydrated and ready to cross to the rainbow bridge. We just moved to the area and I had not yet established a vet for all the animals. They were so kind and sympathetic. I've been so used to paying Kentucky prices it was a bit of a shock to find out how much cremation is - I thought cremation was mandatory (maybe only in Wisconsin?) Kim did me several kindnesses - one of which was to recommend having a paw print made. But more than anything I was impressed by how clean the place was - how knowledgeable and helpful the front staff were. I was going to give them a 4 star review because of the prices but I know that the cremation is not part of it. And given that the cremation was the expensive part - that Kim was willing to help me despite those services belonging to a different agency - well...5 stars....all the way. I added a few pictures of their future clients/patients.

Awesome COVID precautions, picked my dog up right from the car. Super great with my dog. He had a blast. I was encouraged to talk to the vet about my own concerns so that I wouldn’t have to feel left out during the checkup.
